MONITORING

Comedy.mobi and the "Comedy.mobi" Website Owner shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of Comedy.mobi, including online forums, to determine compliance with these Terms of Use. Comedy.mobi and the "Comedy.mobi" Website Owner shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on Comedy.mobi. Without limiting the foregoing, Comedy.mobi and the "Comedy.mobi" Website Owner shall have the right to remove any material that Comedy.mobi or the "Comedy.mobi" Website Owner, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. The decision by Comedy.mobi or the "Comedy.mobi" Website Owner to monitor and/or modify the content of Comedy.mobi does not constitute nor shall it be deemed to constitute any responsibility or liability in any manner on the part of Comedy.mobi or the "Comedy.mobi" Website Owner in connection with or arising from use by you of Comedy.mobi or participation in any online forums or interactive features of Comedy.mobi.
